Members of EESYE can be either individual persons, companies, or public entities involved in tunnels and underground works.
Regarding natural persons, these include graduates of higher or tertiary education institutions who are or have been involved in any capacity in works related to tunnels and underground works for at least two (2) years. Students of higher or tertiary education institutions whose field of study is related to tunnels and underground works can participate as associate members, as can recent graduates of these institutions for up to two (2) years after their graduation.
In parallel with the above structure of members, GTS has created GTS Young Members Group, comprising young engineers (under 35 years old) whose primary goal is to further inform pupils and students about the conditions, prospects, and opportunities in the field of tunnels and underground works.
Companies/entities (private or public) are distinguished into (a) Partners - Sponsors and (b) Supporting Partners according to the amount of their paid subscriptions. Each Partner company can designate a number of its employees/executives who represent it as regular members in all GTS activities.
Today, approximately 250 regular members, as well as 18 Partners - Sponsors and Supporting Partners, participate in GTS.
The annual subscription for regular members has been set by the Board of Directors of EESYE at €15 per year.
