Ιnvitation to the EESYE General Assembly and Elections 2024
Βy decision of the Board of Directors of GTS (taking into account articles 5, 6, and 7 of the Articles of the Bylaws), as well as the candidacy suggestions, the Electoral Body is invited to a General-Election / Assembly with the following agenda items:
- Administrative report of the outgoing Board of Directors.
- Financial report of the outgoing Board of Directors.
- Elections for the election of a new Board of Directors and a new Audit-Election Committee.
The General Assembly will be held in an open space on the rooftop of the MS Roof Garden café at 1 Athinas Street and Ermou (entrance from the arcade next to the Railway Station in Monastiraki) on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at 18:00. In case of lack of quorum, the Assembly will be held, regardless of the number of members present, in the same place on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at 18:00.
